Mechan Safety Control units have been in use for over 30 years. The MPX range is a cost effective, simple to use, safety control unit for monitoring the
Mechan electronic safety switches. The Mechan safety control units are available mounted on a chassis plate or complete in a steel or stainless steel enclosure.
Each control unit has dual relay safety outputs, monitoring circuit, on-board LED indication and is available in 24Vdc, 24Vac, 110Vac or 230Vac.

The SSP is a safety control unit for monitoring one safety switch.

The MPX4 monitors 2 - 4 Mechan electronic safety switches
The MPX8 monitors 4 - 8 Mechan electronic safety switches
Additional indicator boards are available for the SSP,MPX4 and MPX8 safety control units giving remote LED,LAMP, or Volt Free contact indication.

The MPX/DIN range of safety control units were developed to make installation of the Mechan electronic safety system easier. The MPX4/DIN and the MPX8/DINhave all the features of the standard MPX range inside a clip–on to 35mm DIN rail housing. The MPX/DIN range of safety control units are designed to monitor Mechan electronic safety switches. Each control unit has dual relay safety outputs, monitoring circuit, on-board system LED indication,Volt Free and LED guard status indication and is available in 24Vdc, 24Vac,110Vac or 230Vac options.

The MPX4/DIN and the MPX8/DIN are switch selectable to monitor the number of guards required.
